FERRE´ - IT HOLDING

Trough an agreement with PA INVESTEMENTS, the designer GIANFRANCO FERRE´, has sold the remaining 10% interest heading held in his fashion house to TONINO PERNA, that already owned the other 90%, and at the same time bought a 2,83% share in the capital of IT HOLDING (the equivalent of 5.667 million shares). According to a statement released, in the near future there will be a bolstering of the distribution of the Italian Label on the Asian Markets with particular attention being paid to China and the Far East.
